I had an issue with my order and wasn’t sure what to expect, but the whole process ended up being really easy. Customer service got back to me quickly and handled the refund without making me jump through hoops. It was nice to deal with a company that just takes care of things. I’d definitely order from them again...

I mostly noticed the ham, and it tasted super fresh when I had it. Even the next day, it still held up really well, which was a nice surprise.

I ordered from honeybaked.com for a family dinner, it was such a relief. The ham was pretty much ready to go, so I only had to warm it up a little and set it out. I’ve done big dinners before where the prep and cleanup take over the whole day, so this felt way easier. It saved me a lot of stress and still felt like a nice meal for everyone.

So yeah, the delivery showed up really late again, which was annoying. I was waiting around for it, and not great that was.

Picked up a small ham at Honey Baked for the Easter Holiday for $65. Of course it's expensive but you know - or think you know - what you are getting. However, unlike the past, they no longer allow customers to view the ham before purchase so it is kind of a blind purchase. When I opened the packaging on Easter I was surprised that the meat was white - it actually looked like it had been boiled - and it tasted like it too....or should I say it tasted like nothing. No flavor, no color. And it wasn't just me - all who tried it agreed it was flavorless and the texture was mushy like it had been boiled. We ended up throwing it out with the garbage - which is where it belonged. I could have gone to Walmart and gotten a better ham for a fraction of the price and that's what I'll be doing from now on.

The portions were way smaller than I thought they’d be, especially for the price. I don’t know, something about it just felt disappointing, and I wasn’t really happy with what I got.

I had to change my pickup time and customer service was actually nice about it. It did take a bit before I got someone on the line, which was kind of annoying, but not a huge thing. Once I finally got through, they fixed it quickly and it was all fine. So yeah, overall good

The ham was really good, and ordering online was straightforward. I just kind of wish there were more sides and smaller meal options to choose from, you know? It feels a little limited if you’re not trying to feed a big group. Maybe it’s just me, but having a few more smaller choices would make it a lot easier.

The box arrived totally smashed and was already leaking when I got it. The ham inside was warm too, which made me uncomfortable. why does this have to be so complicated? I just expected it to show up cold and in one piece.

I tried ordering a ham online and the website kept freezing right when I got to checkout. I think it took me three tries before the order finally went through. Then the confirmation email didn’t even give me a clear pickup time, so I still had to call the store to figure it out. On top of that, the reminders felt a little too aggressive, like I was being nagged nonstop after already placing the order. The food itself turned out fine, but the online ordering process was frustrating and not smooth at all.

We ordered a ham along with a couple of sides for a family dinner, the ham was the best part. It was moist and had a good flavor overall, though a few slices leaned a little sweeter than I personally like. If you enjoy a sweeter glaze, you’d probably be happy with it.
The mac and cheese was just alright for me. It was a bit bland and didn’t stay very hot even after heating it up, which was disappointing for the price. Dessert was fine, nothing really to complain about there. Overall, not a bad meal, but for a special dinner I was hoping the sides would feel a little more worth it.

Went in to grab my order and it still wasn’t ready... the staff seemed kinda unsure what was going on with pickup, so I just ended up waiting way longer than expected

It tastes great, and I kind of blame myself for getting hooked on it. I just wish the prices were a bit lower because it’s hard to justify buying it as often as I’d like

I have ordered a smoked Turkey Breast for many years for either Thanksgiving , Christmas or both.  Always loved them. We looked forward to having some left for sandwiches...

This year our smoked turkey taste was WAY OFF.  It did not taste very smoked, was a different texture, kind of stringy.  Very dissapointed since it was our Family Christmas meal.

Not sure what we'll do next year, May look for a turkey elsewhere.

The ham had a really good flavor overall. It was just a little too sweet for my taste, but I still enjoyed it.

Everything in my order came out right, even the sides, which I really appreciated!! Pickup took a little longer than I thought it would, but other than that, no issues!!!

I placed my order weeks before Christmas and picked a delivery date, so I really thought I had everything handled. Maybe I should’ve followed up sooner, I don’t know, but the order just never showed up and the tracking didn’t give me anything useful to go on.
Trying to get customer service was frustrating, and by the time I finally heard back, the holiday meal was already thrown off. I hate saying never, but I don’t think I’d order from honeybaked for the holidays again.

The box arrived dented, which made the packaging feel a little underwhelming to me. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I did expect it to show up in better shape.

Be Careful What you Write on the Customer Survey ….. if it is not to the owner’s liking, you be refused service on your next visit. I was asked to fill out a Customer Survey based on my visit, and subsequently filled out the survey on-line.  When I made a return visit (Middletown Honey Baked Ham at 770 Rt. 25 S.) the owner refused to serve me and asked for me to leave the store because I was no longer welcomed. Really??  Yes, based on my comments to the online survey, that I was asked to fill out by the way, the new owner from Connecticut refused to serve me and stated I can no longer come into the store.  I simply filled out the survey as I was asked to do because they are new to the area. My store ratings varied and my comment on the sales person rating stated something to effect, “it is disgusting to have a person with an unkept nose ring take your order and then serve you lunch ... ugh!” Well, these comments did not sit well with the new owner. I found out the salesperson with the unkept nose ring that served be lunch on my last visit, happened to be her daughter. And because of my comment, the owner refused to take my order and asked me to leave; no longer welcomed in the store … but, stating  if I promise to never give a poor rating in the future, because it’s bad for business, I was welcome to stay. Are you kidding me? Is this how it is done in Connecticut. They ask you to fill out a survey and if you provide a good rating, that’s o.k. but a rating not to their liking they will refuse to serve you and ask you to leave. Not sure if that is even legal. BTW, prior to this new owner, I had given high reviews in the past.  But, an unkept nose ring during lunch is still an ugh with zero stars assigned to the salesperson!!
